Marketing Manager at Agilone

AgilOne is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will build the programs and manage the systems required to generate consistent lead traffic. They will utilize Hubspot to its fullest potential, to manage email programs, landing pages, and the website. They will maintain constant communication with other teams, and enable our marketing and sales teams to connect with our global target customer base. They will be revenue minded and directly contribute to the continued growth of AgilOne and the Marketing organization.

Responsibilities can include any of the following:

Email Marketing:
Develop email marketing strategy to support AgilOne’s overall marketing plan
Develop nurture tracks and programs
Increase email open and click rates, and landing page conversion rates through ongoing optimization (of subject lines, email templates, calls to action, content, landing pages), tracking and communicating progress
Work hands-on in Hubspot to build email templates, landing pages, campaigns

Marketing programs:
Develop coordinated, multi-touch campaigns to support marketing strategy and themes
Search marketing
Social marketing
Develop and schedule out social content to support email marketing programs
Copywriting & content creation
Write content for blog posts, ebooks, sales tools, landing pages, advertising, etc.
Manage blog program; oversee multiple blog authors and ensure content is published in a regular cadence

Oversee Hubspot maintenance of the website
Event marketing management
Develop event logistics and negotiate pricing
Provide on-site support during an event

Marketing operations
Optimize our instances of SFDC and Hubspot


3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation and/or campaign management
Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce
A strong commitment to teamwork
Strong understanding of the B2B marketing space
Ability to adapt quickly to requirement changes
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Graduate of four-year university
