Centrify is looking for a highly effective Senior Director of Education Services to be a critical driver in consolidating our content development and delivery efforts for internal, partner and customer education. Centralizing content requirements, development and delivery of Centrify’s education offerings and refining delivery vehicles will be critical as we continue to grow. Developing and delivering timely and effective training offerings, self-enablement and instructor-driven, to a broad set of audiences, while working with product, sales and marketing teams on message refinement and consistency, will be critical to success.

This role will assess existing offerings and processes, and effectively drive all aspects of Education from content conceptualization, creation, and online or in-person delivery. You will have an understanding of security and/or identity vendors and solutions, while collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure content drives value with all audiences. You’ll need a strong attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to collaboratively translate technical content into industry leading training offerings that resonate with enterprise IT customers migrating to the cloud.

Responsibilities

Architect and build a portfolio of training services aligned to Centrify’s business priorities.
Work cross-functionally with instructors, product teams, and customer facing groups (Services, Customer Success, Support, Resellers, Global Systems Integrators (GSI’s) and Systems Engineering) to determine learning requirements and develop measurable learning objectives that support job enablement for the appropriate audience.
Creation of tools, processes, standards, and procedures to support the development and maintenance of Centrify Product Training.
Manage and develop Centrify’s training team including mentoring them to take on new and expanded responsibilities.
Management of training project scope, scheduling, resourcing, and quality assurance.
Engineering of job relevant, immersive learning experiences that exceeds expectations and ensures the attainment of stated learning outcomes.
Incorporate learner knowledge and skill assessments into the training curriculum.
Define and track KPIs related to the effectiveness of the training programs.
Work across product management, sales, marketing and training development teams to create training content for internal, partner and customer education
Drive all aspects of internal, partner and customer education
Work collaboratively across a broad set of content creators, ensuring content consistency and removal of effort duplication
Define the customer journey, from discovery to renewal, and develop education touch points to drive accelerated adoption and customer success
Define learning paths for internal, partner and customer audiences
Collaboratively create content (self-enablement and instructor-driven) that addresses the education touch points through the customer journey
Establish programs to mobilize the field organization to position, sell and deliver Education Services offerings
Requirements

12+ years of high-tech product education, enablement, marketing or related experience
Experience with content delivery vehicles, including online and in-person
Experience in understanding a customer’s journey from purchase, to adoption, to value/renewal
Experience growing a cloud based business (with AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus
7+ years in enterprise security, identity management or enterprise infrastructure software markets
Excellent written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills
BA/BS required, MBA a plus
3-5 years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise application training (instructor led and eLearning) in support of a global SaaS company.
Experience managing and working with remote teams.
Excellent analytical and writing skills with a demonstrated aptitude for designing training content for both a technical audience and a business user audience.
Experience using courseware development tools
Flexible, collaborative, team-oriented individual who is ambitious, takes initiative, and holds themselves accountable.
Background in Enterprise software domain. Cyber security and/or Infrastructure industry preferred.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
